Terms & Conditions

All the arrangements for the programme must be confirmed atleast 72 hours in advance and bookings will be confirmed only after we received a „Letter of Confirmation‟ with 50% of the room tariff/package which is non refundable.

The minimum number of guests and rooms must be guaranteed at the time of confirmation ( bills will be made as per number of rooms and guests confirmed by you, after which only increase in number will be accepted )

For Security reasons, Guests checking into the Resort are required to present a photo identity at the Reception Desk. (A copy of which may be required to be kept in the records.) The Resort reserves the right to refuse admission without such identity. Your co-operation in the interest of security is advised. Foreign nationals must submit a copy of their Passport/Travel Documents on arrival.

Please note all musical programmes have to be indoors. The Resort Management has full authority to control the volume should the volume be audible outside the hall allotted for the programme. For any event/programme prior permission from the Resort Management is mandatory. Please discuss the details of the programme ( if any ) before it is finalized and confirmed by us ( Rs. 4000/- to be charged for power that is being supplied through the Resort generator to ensure un–interrupted power supply )

This Site is to be used by You for Your personal use only. Commercial uses of this Site are strictly prohibited unless prior written consent from Palm Village Resort has been granted. You agree that You will not use this Site for chain letters, junk mail, “spamming”, solicitations (commercial or non-commercial) or bulk communications of any kind including but not limited to distribution lists to any person who has not given specific permission to be included in such a list.

Following are the timings during which all the meals would be served:

Bed Tea : 0630 hrs – 0700 hrs
Breakfast : 0800 hrs – 0930 hrs
Lunch : 1330 hrs – 1430 hrs
Evening Snacks : 1700 hrs – 1800 hrs
Dinner : 2000 hrs – 2130 hrs

For cancellation of “Confirmed Rooms” before 72 hours of the Conference Date, 25% of the room tariff would be charged & cancellation of rooms within 72 hours, 75% of the room tariff would be charged and for „No Show‟ 100% of the room tariff will be charged

All bills to be settled before check out.

Payments have to be made in favor of “Palm Village Resort”

Check Out Time is 8:00 Hrs for Night Stay and 17:30 for Day stay purposes.

The guests may strictly be instructed not to move around the unlit areas of the resort (at the pool side, etc.) between 7 p.m. and 7 a.m.

Exclusivity for parties at public areas like Pool side, Lounge, Lawn etc. cannot be assured.

Guests are requested to be appropriately attired while using swimming pool and sports facilities.

No outside firework display is allowed on the premises

All entertainment activity at the poolside requires written permission from the hotel and must be intimated in advance.

No musical activity will be allowed at the poolside

Pets are not allowed in the hotel.

Any breakage or damage would be charged. Amount of the same will be decided at the sole discretion of the management.

The hotel will provide normal lighting at the event venue. The event organizer should make the necessary arrangements for extra power requirements, cables, wires etc.

Police permission, extra security & any other legal permit (PPL License, Liquor License) arranged by you

No refund will be made under any circumstances arising out of natural calamity or factors beyond our control, Playing of Cricket, Football, Basketball, Base Ball, etc. strictly prohibited in the lawn

Trade Marks

The Site contains “Palm Village Resort” logos, trade and service marks and devices (including the word “Palm Village Resort”) and other valuable trade or service marks owned by Palm Village Resort or licensed to Palm Village Resort to distinguish its offerings. These trade and service marks and related intellectual property are protected from copying and simulation under national and international laws and any reproduction or use of any of the contents of this Site without the express written consent of Palm Village Resort is prohibited. Nothing contained on this Site should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any of the Trademarks without the written permission of Palm Village Resort.

The information, text, graphics, images, sounds, links, modules and all other information and software published or otherwise contained in the Site (“Information”) are either owned exclusively by Palm Village Resort or licensed by Palm Village Resort and except as specifically provided in these Conditions may not be copied, distributed, displayed, reproduced or transmitted, in any form or by any means whether electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or otherwise, without the prior written approval of Palm Village Resort. Without limitation you may not, without such approval from Palm Village Resort, create derivative works from any part of the Site or commercialize any Information, products or services obtained from any part of the Site. Information procured from a third party may be the subject of copyright owned by that third party.

AC in the rooms will not work during load shedding

All third parties that you sub contract for elements of your day must be pre-approved by us, for instance, florists, Decorators, etc

Any outstanding amounts such as extra charges to a room, mini bar etc will be payable on check-out or the day of the event whichever is later. Any payments outstanding from any of your guests and not settled at check-out will also become payable by you.

SECURITY DEPOSIT (if applicable)

For bookings related to marriages, events, etc. a security deposit is required to be deposited with Palm Village Resort. We reserve the right to use part or all of your security deposit for the replacement, cleaning or repair of any item(s) belonging to Palm Village Resort, or the fabric of the house itself, damaged either willfully or because reasonable precautions have not been taken. In this event a reasonable amount (as deemed fit by the management) will be taken from your security deposit without prior consent and the remainder refunded. The security deposit will be refunded no more than 14 days after the event, allowing time to thoroughly check the building and obtain a report both from the house-keepers and other departments.

Please note that your security deposit will be used towards additional cleaning of the building or its grounds should it be deemed to have been left in an unsatisfactory state or not treated with care and respect. Incase your security deposit does not cover all damage, we have the right to ask for a further payment from you to be paid within 14 days of the event.  The Resort‟s Management shall at all time have the right to revise and change and authority to enforce these Rules and Regulations by fine, suspension, removal and/or revocation of rivileges. I/We have carefully read and understand all the above mentioned terms and conditions. I/We promise to abide by the General Rules & Regulations as laid down by “Palm Village Resort”. I/We also acknowledge that I/We have the right to sign the above agreement
